Marketing Tools
Beamer – Create on-site alerts for anything. We use it for new product notices. See the little jumping badges in the menu? Some people call them pips. It's almost impossible to ignore.
Convertful – Create pop-ups, countdowns, scratch and win cards, spin wheels. We use them for fun promotions and also to announce new releases.
Keywords Everywhere – Affordable keyword research tool and you can see the results on the platform you're searching.
Sender (powered by Active Campaign) – This is what we use to send you emails. From one-time campaigns to automated follow-ups.
Sale Samurai – This is what we use to do keyword research and competitor research on Etsy.
Website Tools
aMember – We run our business on this shopping cart and affiliate program. It might not be the easiest to understand or as popular but it's so incredibly flexible.
FlipPDF – this is what we use to create that flip book to showcase all our products.
Backblaze – We use this for hosting our premium files and also to backup my computer.
QuestionScout – we use this to collect feedback, survey, ask questions, collect bundle/giveaway submissions.
RankMath – SEO plugin for WordPress.
Writing Tools
ProWritingAid – helps fix my grammar and writing mistakes. Also improves my writing for clarity.
Productivity Tools
Alfred – I use this to automate so many things on my computer on a daily basis. Could not work without it.
Coda – I use this as my personal tool to write emails, affiliate swipes, deliver some bonuses, track our product list.
Nifty PM – this is how we keep everything straight, and on target with the team. More importantly, it's my sanity saver.
Wavebox – my personal browser. It lets me jump from different Gmail accounts and create ‘silos' where I can log into the same site using different profiles at one time. Huge help.
Design Tools
Canva – Pretty self explanatory. Not only do we design with it, we sell designs through it.
Creative Fabrica – I use this to access all kinds of fonts, graphics and images for use in printables and print-on-demand.
Money & Finance Tools
Gusto – this is a payroll tool we use for… payroll! Love it because they handle all the tax withholding, filing the quarterly forms etc. All I do is issue payments.
Wise – the best way to make international payments. I use it to pay my team.
Xero – Accounting software. Yeah, not sexy, but this makes it bearable and easier.
